What We Do
Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, Civil Works:
Datoff Bros. Construction Ltd has extensive experience in managing construction of Commercial, Institutional, Industrial and Civil Works projects of all sizes throughout BC and Alberta. We are familiar with all types of building construction, current materials, suppliers, and have many experienced trade contractors. We work well with our clients, providing high quality projects that maximize local employment while maintaining strict cost and schedule control. We will meet with the Owner and Architect regarding the design and budget and then work with the design team to ensure the Owner receives the best product for the dollars spent. Upon the receipt of pre-final drawings we prepare an estimate of total costs, work with the City and their engineers to move though the design panel and obtain a building permit as well as ensure the services are installed in a timely and economic manner. Upon acceptance by the Owners of the design and costs estimate the work starts on site. We will also provide a schedule of expected expenditures to assist the Owner with scheduling their financial requirements.
Partnering
Datoff Bros. firmly believes in the ‘Partnering’ approach to project implementation rather than the traditional, often adversarial ‘award to the lowest bidder'.
The Best Interest of our Clients is Our Number One Priority
We enjoy being part of the Management Team and cultivating good working relationships with the Owners, Architects, Engineers and all other team members.
Our years of experience has provided us with an intimate and comprehensive understanding of the complete implementation process; inception, planning, development, design, engineering, costing, scheduling, documentation, tendering, construction, furnishing and fit-up through to turn over and occupancy. This combination of experience is invaluable in developing efficient lines of communication, facilitating decisions, and expediting design and tender documents, suggesting and evaluating alternative building systems, details and materials.
