Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: YMCA Canada Work Completed: In January of 2007 we started an expansion project for the Prince George YCMA. The expansion was a new childcare area addition to the existing building and was completed in April of that same year.

Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: James Western Star Work Completed: In May of 2012 we started construction on the Prince George branch of James Western Star. This project included a 110’ x 50’ addition to the existing building for cold storage.

Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client:Silver Rock Land Corporation Work Completed: In April 2013, we started a project for Silver Rock Land Corporation which entailed the foundation and a concrete slab for a new Toyota dealership being constructed in Prince George.

Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client:National Concrete and Chamco Work Completed: In April of 2013, we started a renovation of a building that involved tenant improvements that helped split the space into two separate areas for both National Concrete and Chamco.

Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Work Completed: In May 2012, we started construction on a set of commercial buildings on Central Street. One of those building ended up being a new Burger King while the other building has been separated into a couple of commercial units.

Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: Purolator Inc. Work Completed: In January of 2013 we started our renovation project for Purolator Inc. This job consisted of an internal renovation, as well as an 24’ x 60’ x 10.5’ addition on the East end of the existing warehouse.

Work Completed: This project is a new 4 level, steel and concrete building with a total area of 14,500 square feet. The entire project was designed and built by Prince George Consultants and Trades, it is a testament to the skilled people that call the North home. Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: Pacific Western Brewing Work Completed:These 2 new 67 foot high fermentation tanks complete with circular concrete bases were installed in late December 2011. Access Engineering Ltd. is the consultant for this project.

Datoff assumed the role as Subcontractor. Client: Chandos Construction. Work being completed: Construction of new pool. Datoff is responsible for site work.
