Rearguard Falls Lower Level Lookout, BC Parks
Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: BC Parks Work Completed: Approximately 112m long timber boardwalk with galvanized steel handrails, lookout platforms and multiple flights of stairs. Complete with new 10 meter pedestrian bridge and 350m walkway upgrades.Duration: June 2009 to Spring 2010
PG Islamic Centre
Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: PG Islamic Centre Work Completed: 7000 Sq.Ft. building is the first Islamic Centre in Northern B.C. It features a prayer hall with a mezzanine, a multipurpose room, and two classrooms.Value $1,500,000

Masich Place Stadium Amenities Refurbish
Datoff assumed role as the General Contractor. Client: City of Prince George. Work Completed: Refurbish washrooms, change rooms, concession. Created more space for wheelchair accessibility.
Bob Harkins Library Entrance Addition
Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: City of Prince George Work being completed: Construction of new main entrance which includes a two-door elevator providing access from the parking area, plaza level, main floor and second floor. Improved stairs for access from lower and plaza lobbies to main floor. Additional public space. Value: $3,544,500, Duration: May 2019 – December 2020
Nechako Riverside Park
Design-build project. Datoff assumed the role as General Contractor. Client: City of Prince George, Work Completed: A riverfront park located at Foothills Blvd and Nechako River Crossing. Park includes canoe launch, picnic tables, parking off Foothills Blvd, washroom facilities, and an accessible trail to the river’s edge.
