Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, the Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements and company standards.

Duties

  • Lead and manage construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Education

  • Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering or related discipline with 5 + years’ experience
