Construction Management

Design-Build
Clients that come to us for a design-build project are looking for someone to handle every aspect of the job, usually within a set budget. We’ll work with you to design, plan, and build your project. That includes everything from the first meeting, where we talk about what you need from your new build, to handing you the keys at project completion. Sub-contracting

General Contracting
When you’ve approached us to be the General Contractor on a job, you’ve come to us with plans and risk assessments already completed. All you need is an experienced hand to guide the team through the construction phase, which typically includes managing any subcontractors, suppliers, labour, and materials as well as keeping you updated on your project. We’ve stepped into that role successfully for hundreds of teams over the years, and we’re prepared to do it for you.
Concrete Works & Restoration
This service covers both new concrete construction, such as our civil work with foundations, slabs, walkways, and structural elements, and the repair of damaged or deteriorating concrete.
We’ll also perform comprehensive restoration work such as major foundation remediation and structural reinforcement to extend the lifespan and performance of concrete structures and fixtures.

Our emergency construction services allow us to provide rapid responses when you need our assistance most, such as serious construction repairs in the event of natural disasters, structural failures, floods, and fires.
