We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our office and help our day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a hard working team
Duties
- Greet and direct clients, contractors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule and coordinate whole office meetings and events
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, permits, and project documentation
- Assist with data entry, purchase orders, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal offices as required
- Support the project management team with administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and professional
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordinator role
- Experience in a construction, trades, or related industry is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, approachable demeanor with strong customer service instincts

Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
