Demolition

General Demolition

• Uninstall and reinstallation of suspended fixtures
• Salvage doors for reuse in remaining office retrofit
• Demolish parts room mezzanine
• Cut a 16ft wide opening into the waiting
• Removal of doors and door frames

Masonry Demolition

• Demolish 2 interior walls for wall openings
• Demolish 2 exterior doors for overhead doors
• Conduct abatement for exterior walls

Framing

• Construct lW1 wall system as per drawings (includes insulation)
• Construct lW2 demising wall system as per drawings (includes insulation)
• Install structural columns for all new partition walls
• Weld and prepare baseplates for all structural columns
• Install 8ft tall partition walls for washroom, repair shop, and shipping & receiving area
• Install mezzanine stairs with wall
• Install 10ft tall block slot walls all throughout the showroom
• Renovate existing office space into new change room

Insulation and Drywall

• Install drywall, mud, and tape for lW2 and office partition wall

Finishes

• Paint new and existing interior walls “black”
• Paint all interior roof liner in showroom “black”
• Paint exterior walls and soffit “black”
• Install 4″ Johnsonite Rubber Base around showroom
• Finish stairs with vinyl flooring including handrails
• Perform concrete grinding, sealing and polishing
