Datoff Bros Construction Ltd. partnered with Chernoff Thompson Architects North and the City of Prince George to renovate the roof structure at the Bob Harkins Library. Acting as General Contractor, Datoff coordinated a team of skilled subtrades to remove the aging skylight system and construct a new roof and window assembly in its place.

All work was completed while the library remained fully open to the public. Our team planned carefully, worked quietly, and collaborated closely with library staff to minimize disruption to patrons and daily operations. The completed upgrade provides a durable, modern enclosure that improves building performance and supports the library’s long-term needs.
