Datoff Bros. Construction recently delivered a new 6,100‑square‑foot daycare centre for School District 57 in Mackenzie, BC—located roughly two hours north of our Prince George office. This ground‑up build provides a modern, safe, and fully equipped environment to support childcare services for infants through age five.
The facility features age‑specific classrooms, dedicated infant and toddler spaces, laundry facilities, a staff area with a full kitchen, administrative offices, and an outdoor playground designed to meet current safety and accessibility standards. Exterior work included the construction of a new parking lot and the development of secure outdoor play areas.
Despite the remote location and the need to coordinate multiple trades across a broad geographic area, our team delivered the project on schedule and to the full satisfaction of the client.
